The position requires demonstrated problem-solving skills and decision-making while under a limited level of direction. You are responsible for the identification of new business opportunities,establishment of business cases, implementation, customer relationship management, and coordination of business processes between North American customers and future customers. Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth and profitability objectives andexplore new opportunities, including new accounts, product portfolio expansions, and business ventures.
· Create and execute marketing and sales strategies to meet sales targets and expand the market share. Identify new growth opportunities within the US market.
· Develop short-term and long-term sales forecasts. Exceed annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets.
· Devise and implement strategies for maintaining relationships with existing accounts, therebyensuring high customer satisfaction by providing them with completed solution support.
· Engage effectively with all levels across a customer’s organization to include all C-level executives, negotiate with customers, and effectively close business deals.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations and optimal client service.Work with cross-functional teams (technology and R&D) to see through the process end-to-endto ensure sales closure.

Qualifications:

· At least eight years of sales experience with at least three years in the SaaS industry.
· Excellent sales and marketing abilities, with a track record of driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and expanding market share.
· A proven track record of successfully negotiating deals at senior levels of enterprises; ideallybrings deep relationships from the industry.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure while delivering on multiple ongoingprojects.
· Relevant experience in and understanding of the enterprise service or conversational A.I. technology industry is a plus.

Sobot is looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our team! Since the launch of our company, we have experienced healthy growth and steady market demand. This is an individual contributor position, newly added due to business expansion across the SEA region!

Responsibilities:

· Develop sales and pricing strategies to meet sales targets while maintaining profitability.
· Managing the whole sales cycle from business development and solution presentation to pricinguntil final deal closure.
· To manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely and accurate tracking of leads, opportunities,and sales activities using CRM software.
