They must not collect or use personal information in violation of laws and regulations. To help developers better implement the relevant requirements for protecting user personal information while using the mobile analytics SDK, and to avoid situations that infringe on the personal information rights of end users, this compliance usage guide has been specially formulated.

You should ensure that the APP's personal information processing rules (APP Privacy Policy), which cover details such as the entity processing personal information, purpose of processing, methods, types, and retention period, are clearly, prominently, and accessibly disclosed to end users on the login/registration page or during the APP's first run.
You should ensure to initialize the SDK only after the end user agrees to the APP Privacy Policy. Before the user agrees to the privacy policy, you should avoid dynamically requesting sensitive device permissions related to personal information. You should also avoid privately collecting or reporting personal information. If the end user does not agree to the APP Privacy Policy, the SDK cannot be initialized and its functions will not be available.
