Service Type: Push Notification Messages

Types of personal information collected: Device information (IMEI/MAC/Android ID/IDFA/OpenUDID/GUID/SIM card IMSI information, etc.)

Collection Purpose: The product integrates with Umeng+ SDK and push channel SDKs (such as Xiaomi, Huawei, OPPO, VIVO, Meizu, etc.). The push channel SDKs need to collect device identifiers (IMEI/MAC/Android ID/IDFA/OpenUDID/GUID/SIM card IMSI information, etc.) to uniquely identify the device for pushing messages to the user's device. 4. Personal Information Shared with Third Parties

5. How do you manage your personal information

If you want to exercise your data access rights, you can access it by yourself in the following ways: Super users can view the current account's customer service information in the intelligent customer service system by clicking on personal information. They can also view other customer service information in the customer service list under the customer service management module. Other customer service staff can only view the personal information under their own accounts. This information includes email account, customer service ID, customer service nickname, avatar, real name, customer service number, mobile phone number, telephone number, QQ number, customer service role, call account, and external display number.

​ 5.2 Correct Your Personal Information

​ When you want to change your personal information, you can directly update the personal information under this account in the personal information section of the smart customer service system. The super admin account can change the information under the current account as well as the information of other accounts in their customer service list.

​ 5.3 Delete Personal Information or Close Account

​ If you want to completely delete your personal information or cancel your registered account, you can send a written request to the following email: Privacy@sobot.com. Our dedicated staff responsible for personal information protection will handle it promptly within 15 working days and provide you with feedback on the result.

5.4 Personal Information Subject Obtains a Copy of Personal Information

​ You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal information. You can do this on your own by following these steps: In the new version of the intelligent customer service system, you can export the customer service information from your customer service list in the customer service management section.

6. How We Handle Personal Information of Minors

​ Sobot mainly provides products and/or services to adult users. When you use Sobot's products and/or services, we assume that you have the corresponding civil capacity. If you are a minor, we require you to have your parents or other guardians carefully read this policy and use our services or provide us with information only after obtaining their consent. We do not intentionally collect personal information from minors. If you find that we have unintentionally collected personal information from a minor, please notify us immediately, and we will make every effort to delete the relevant data as soon as possible.
